This document covers shipping and returns.

Creeped out strives to make every effort possible to accept payment and ship out in a timely manner.

Please Note: Shipping Rates are subject to change at the discretion of the shipping company.

International orders: Items being shipped outside of Canada and the United States will be billed at the actual shipping costs that we are charged.

Returns: Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt NOTE: No returns on orders placed after October 15th to October 31.
Contact us prior to shipping the item back, so we know when to expect the item to arrive.
All items must be shipped prepaid, with insurance. Any damages on the return of your item are your responsibility.
We will refund you the cost of the item, but NOT the cost of the shipping you paid.
Your refund will be returned in the same fashion in that which you paid. If you paid by Paypal, we will refund your paypal account, etc.

Taxes and Duties:
We are required to charge 5% GST (13% HST where applicable) within Canada.
We are also required to charge 8% PST in the province of Ontario.
There is no PST on Shipping charges, Books, or Children's T-Shirts.

If you live outside of Canada, you are responsible for any state taxes, duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may be added to your order by your respective state, province, territory, or country. Returns: No returns on orders placed after October 15th to October 31. No Exceptions.

Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.

The following items are NEVER returnable:

" Special Order Items - including all Mascots
" Props that require special delivery
" Undergarments, socks and stockings
" Any item that has been worn, used or altered

The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging. Items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way.

" Shoes & Boots
o (Does not apply to shoe covers, boot tops, or costume shoes designed for indoor use only or one time wear)
" CD's
" Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair
" Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
" Cosmetics
" Party Supplies

We generally process returns within a week of receiving the product back. During the Halloween season this process may take up to 4 weeks.

If you are returning an item, please email us at returns@creepedout.ca. Include a brief description of why you are returning the item(s), your order number and a tracking number. Package up your return and ship it to:

If you have not received a reply from Creeped Out Returns with in 48 hours acknowledging your return request, please email us again. If you need a different size costume, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. This is because the desired item maybe out of stock by the time we receive your return and to ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s). All appropriate policies apply to all returned items.

Damaged Items: If an item is damaged please email us at returns@creepedout.ca. You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your item if the item(s) was damaged. Please include a brief description of the damaged item, your order number, and if you wish a refund or a replacement. Package up the damaged item and mail it back with insurance and email us a tracking number. Once your return is received we will notify you of its receipt and your replacement will be shipped out if the item is in stock. You will be refunded the shipping costs of returning a damaged item.
